world's shortest man. The Guinness World Records has declared Filipino Lolit Homay, the world's shortest man at just under 24 inches when he turned 18 today. The previous title holder was Khagendra Thapa Magar of Nepal. Khagendra was 26 inches tall. And I bet he is now officially declared pissed off. I mean, no offense, but what else did he have going for him? No longer
